  New House Update: February 2
This house was STARTED 3 weeks ago. I understand that Ryan Homes is in the business of building new homes...so it is in their interest to have an efficient turnaround rate. But, I mean, from a plot of dirt to a roof in three weeks is lightning fast.

Holy carp. You need to invite me out to see it. Ok, fine then. I'll just invite myself.

Date Change? What date change?

Okay, what she's saying is that the projected closing date has been drastically moved up because the building process has been so fast thus far. (and not impeded by snow, rain, or cold weather).

(I mean, how many times can we be in February in Cleveland and say that we've had less than 10 days of below freezing weather in the last two months?)

I'll have to practice the upper decker...I must Christen the new house

Let's hope they build it before that damn sasquatch comes

if you build it, he will come

Yeah Kelly said you might move in March! How exciting. Can't wait!

Is that a ghost in the bottom left corner of the second picture?

Maybe it's your Great Aunt Thelma.

Looks like it's gonna be a nice place!

I'll take winters like this ANY TIME..and cool that means you get the keys to your brand new house FASTER - YEA :)

It is amazing how fast they can build houses when the weather is cooperative :)

Looks like your place is goin' be great :) Before ya know it, Brunstucky will have to roll out the Welcome Wagon...hee haw..lol

Your house might be ready by March? Dude that's quick. Maybe I could move in there instead of with mom and dad in April. Hmm...

The house looks great. Is that masking tape holding up the walls, b/c if it is that would not be good.

congrats! march!?? wowee. and yeah!!

Nice pics! That is really exciting. This may be the first time, in history, construction is ahead of schedule.

Yes, that IS masking tape holding the house up...but it is Construction grade masking tape, so it lasts up to twice as long as regular masking tape. I've probably got a good 4 days left before the house falls over in a gentle breeze.
